岗位要求 男，50岁以下，身体健康，无不良嗜好，能吃苦耐劳。

1、 参照制定设备维修保养计划，负责所管辖内设备的月度，季度，年度保养工作实施； 2、 负责草坪机械的日常维修、抢修等工作； 3、 资深维修技工负责指导初级技工准确判断设备的故障，在规定的维修项目工作时间内，保质保量完成维修任务； 4、 资深维修技工需能独立完成各项设备的小修、大修工作； 5、 初级技工需独立能完成设备的各项小修工作，并努力学习提高维修技能； 6、 遵守机械零配件仓、工具仓及油库领用程序； 7、 主动、及时纠正机械操作员的错误操作，为操作员提供正确的操作指导； 8、 负责工作区域内卫生清洁； 9、完成维修主管安排的各项工作任务。

岗位职责 负责客房及公共区域（走廊、楼梯、卫生间等）的卫生清洁工作，按标准完成清扫、消毒、整理。 整理客房床铺、更换床品、擦拭家具、清洁卫生间，确保客房整洁达标、无异味、无卫生死角。 负责客房及公共区域垃圾清理、分类投放，定期清洁消毒，落实卫生防疫要求。 检查客房内设施、用品完好情况，发现损坏、短缺及时上报，协助补充客房洗漱用品、生活用品。 配合住房管理相关工作，服从主管安排，按时完成清洁任务，维护住宿环境整洁有序。 遵守卫生操作规范，正确使用清洁工具和洗涤剂，做好工具日常存放与维护。 任职资格 学历专业：初中以上学历； 年龄形象：30-45岁，身体健康； 经验：2年以上同岗位经验，具备星级酒店、物业、会所同等岗位经验优先； 职业素养：具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作意识、职业素养，有强烈的责任心、自驱力； 必备技能：能听从安排、主动肯干、身体健康、手脚麻利、勤快，做事细致； 热爱海洋生活方式，热爱高端服务行业。
