4. 全面负责门店的市场营销工作,与品牌方紧密合作,提升门店的品牌形象和市场地位。

6. 负责编辑和完善门店的标准操作程序(SOP),确保服务质量与效率。

*任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,酒店管理、餐饮管理等相关专业优先。
2. 3年以上酒店工作经验,有从0-1筹备门店经验者优先。
3. 优秀的沟通、协调与人际交往能力,能够妥善处理各种内外部关系。
4. 对食材、物料品质有严格要求,注重细节,确保门店的出品达到***效果。
5. 具备强执行能力和市场营销思维,能够结合门店特点制定有效的营运策略。
6. 具备较强的文书能力,能够撰写门店运营报告、营销方案等。
7. 双语(中文和英文)工作能力,能够流利地进行日常沟通和商务交流。
*Salary:

*Working Hours:

*Job Responsibilities:
1. Serve as 'the face' of the venue, exhibiting a professional and warm demeanor to engage in daily operational communications, including interactions with the brand side and customers.
2. Be responsible for the preparation and opening of the venue from inception to operation, including renovations, new staff interviews, and training.
3. Maintain strategic, financial, and marketing interactions with the project brand to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
4. Fully oversee the venue's marketing efforts, working closely with the brand to enhance the venue's brand image and market position.
5. Possess a marketing mindset and be able to integrate marketing strategies with operations to drive business growth.
6. Be responsible for editing and improving the venue's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure service quality and efficiency.
7. Oversee the daily operations of the venue, ensuring that food and material quality meets standards, paying attention to details to ensure the best products.
*Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in hotel management, F&B management, or related fields preferred.
2. 3 or more years of hotel industry experience, with experience in preparing and opening a store from inception preferred.
3. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, able to handle various internal and external relationships skillfully.
4. Have strict requirements for food and material quality, pay attention to details to ensure the best products.
5. Possess strong execution capabilities and a marketing mindset, able to develop effective marketing strategies based on venue characteristics.
6. Have strong writing skills, able to compose venue operation reports, marketing plans, and other documents.
7. Have bilingual (Chinese and English) proficiency, able to communicate fluently in daily and business settings.
