岗位职责/职位描述
Main responsibilities主要职责:
1) To manage the Human Resources Department, ensuring compliance with company policies & procedures, and local government regulations pertaining to employment practice.
管理人力资源部,确保雇佣过程符合公司政策程序,政策法律法规。
2) To develop and implement recruitment and screening procedures in order to attract the most qualified candidates for vacancies.
制定和实施招聘和面试程序,以吸引合格人才。
3) To monitor the administration of the performance appraisal program and provide support to department heads through the process.
监督员工表现评估,为部门经理提供支持。
4) To investigate and review all disciplinary actions to ensure the policies and the applicable laws are followed.
对员工违纪行为进行调查,以保证公司政策和相关法律的执行。
5) To review personnel policies, procedures and practices and recommend improvements to Management.
回顾人事政策程序及实际操作,为管理层投供建议。
6) To administer compensation and benefits, and develop recognition programs that motivate, reward and retain talents.
管理薪资和福利工作,建立员工奖励计划以激励、表彰和留住员工。
7) To analyze manpower requirements and recommend selection and development activities to meet those requirements.
分析人力需求,推荐、选拔和开展相关活动。
8) To assist the General Manager plans annual budget for manpower, staff benefits and training, and submit for approval.
协助总经理,制定年度的人力费用、员工福利及培训预算,并提交审批。
9) Coordinate staff relation, handle discipline staff case and staff grievances, deal with labor dispute.
协调员工关系,处理员工违纪事件和员工申诉,处理劳资纠纷。
10) Provide guidance and expertise to employees, supervisors and department heads in the management of the total human resources of the organization in a positive, flexible, and competent manner.
积极为公司员工、主管和部门经理在人力资源管理方面提供指导和专业性意见。
Job requirements职位要求:
1) College degree or above.
大专以上学历
2) 3 years or above experience in HR Management at international hospitality industry.
三年以上同岗位国际服务行业人力资源管理工作的经验
3) Fluent oral and written English.
流利的英语口语及书面沟通能力
4) Familiar with the relevant national and local labor laws and regulations
熟悉国家和地方的劳动法律法规
5) With capability of communication, coordination and supervision
有较强的沟通协调和管理能力
6) Strong work ethic
良好的职业道德
