岗位描述:
1、Assist for preparing, cooking and presenting food as per his given instructions according to the established standards and executes accordingly.
协助准备、烹饪和提供食品按照他指示根据既定的标准和相应的执行。
2、Follows the outlined standard and procedures precisely.
遵守本部门的标准及程序
3、Maintains high standards of personal hygiene, grooming and presentation.
保持高标准的个人卫生及形象
4、Always maintains high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen, storage, Fridge’s and freezers.
保持工作区域、存储区域、保鲜及冷冻冰箱的高标准的卫生、干净及整洁。
5、Does mise en place , preparing ,cutting of food items when the need arise.
保证准确收货和充足的库存。
6、Ensures that all the kitchen equipment is in good working order and reports any faults or damage

According to the arrangement of the leader, do a good job in the hygiene of the food delivery department, prepare all kinds of items needed for the restaurant service, and ensure that they can be used normally in the normal operation of the outlet.
按照领导的安排认真做好传菜部卫生,准备好各种餐厅服务环节需要的物品,确保在餐厅的正常运营当中能够正常使用;
Communicate with the chef team in a timely manner to obtain the recommended meals of the day and the unavailable and replacement options.
及时和厨师团队沟通,获取当日主推餐食和不可用以及替换的备选;
Understand the price of meals and the basic knowledge of meals, understand the most basic service etiquette, so as to serve the guests at any time.
了解餐品的价格和餐品的基础知识,懂得最基础的服务礼仪,以便随时为客人服务;
Familiar with the food delivery process of the outlet, communicate with the front of house employee in a timely manner, and ensure the correct and fast service of the meal. Obey arrangement and management, and be able to adapt to shifts and sabbaticals.
熟悉了解餐厅的传菜流程,和前厅服务人员及时沟通,确保餐食的正确快速服务。服从安排和管理,能够适应轮班和调休。

Master the information of the dishes sold out, push forward and inform the staff of each post in a timely manner;
