岗位概述:
1. 为在预订部日常的运作中协助预订部经理,以达到高效率高质量的服务。
2. 通过收入管理,房间控制,不同市场细分价格的价格定位,数字统计分析及剌激需求手段最大限度的增加酒店收入。
3. 负责预订部日常运作。
4. 协助整个营业部门的运作;与预订部经理共同努力,以实现珠海华发喜来登酒店和珠海瑞吉酒店的市场定位和收入目标。
5. 在与市场销售有关的酒店战略计划和总体经营目标方面,向预订部经理提供建议和支持,树立珠海华发喜来登酒店和珠海瑞吉酒店良好的品牌形象。
6. 维护集团的标准、品牌的一致性和两家酒店的形象。
7. 负责实现珠海华发喜来登酒店和珠海瑞吉酒店的客房和宴会销售目标。
技能要求:
一、在国际连锁酒店集团担任类似的工作岗位,具有1-2年的经验
二、具备领导才能,了解所负责部门对各职位的责任。
三、掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统。
四、具备良好的中、英文书写与口头表达能力
Job Summary:
1.To assist the Reservation Manager in the day-to-day operation in such a manner as to bring into effect the high degree of service and efficiency throughout the Reservations department.
2.To oversee and supervise the overall performance of the department to ensure all daily tasks and duties are completed on time.
3.To maximize hotel revenue through revenue management, inventory control, market segment pricing, statistical analysis and demand stimulating initiatives.
4.Assistant the Sales & Marketing Department and works with the Reservation Manager in achieving the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel and The St. Regis Zhuhai ’s market positioning and revenue goals.
5.Provides support and advice to the Reservation Manager in strategic planning and overall business goals relating to Sales &Marketing issues of the brand and the hotels.
6.Protects and guards Corporate standards, Brand integrity and Hotels image.
7.Responsible in achieving the room and catering sales objectives of the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel and The St. Regis Zhuhai.
Job Required:
1.Min1-2 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
2.Ability to use Sales & Front Office computer systems.
3.Written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.
