satisfaction and maximize revenue.

Supervise and train spa staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and
integration of spa services.

Monitor and control inventory, expenses, and budget to achieve
financial targets.

Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with health and
safety regulations.

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and
