Relays order using MXP ordering software to galley as required and servescourses from galley and beverages from various locations following company safealcohol serving policies. Taking care of restaurant reservation when instructed. Cleaning and polishing equipment, glassware and flatware Responsible to follow direction from Managers, Supervisor and maintainingall Viking Ocean Standards. Establishing effective employee relations and maintain the highest levelof professionalism, ethics, and positive attitude towards all guest andemployees Prepare and performs all F&B activities (i.e. cocktail parties, TeaTime, Café Lunch) and special events asassigned. Tallying any sales transactions and correctly follow any accountingprocedures. Cleaning of working areas in accordance with PH and company rules andstandards. Separation and disposal of waste / garbage Conducting stock takes and inventory according to company procedures. Assistance in other departments upon instruction from supervisors asrequired.
