岗位职责： 1、根据文员通知的退房房号，撤掉床上用品和脏毛巾，撤布草时要注意检查有没有卷到客人的物品，不能拿客人遗留在房间的物品。 2、临时有对客服务，需要协助服务员领取物品放置于相应的楼层，优先对客服务。 3、协助洗涤厂将楼层电梯口的脏布草，拉下去负二布草平台，将拉下来的脏布草按不同类别分好，方便洗涤公司清点数量。 4、将当天送回的干净布草，按服务员填写的该楼层所需数量进行分配。 5、干净布草分配完成后再将干净布草车推回到相应的楼层。 6、完成干净布草配送后，进行当天收尾工作，如有服务将继续协助员。 7、管理客房部仓库钥匙，严格按照公司标准做好仓库物品的领取登记。 8、上级安排的其它工作。 岗位要求： 1、能吃苦耐劳，服从管理安排。

岗位职责 1.按照酒店的电话标准接听电话，在电话日志上记录所有电话。 2.确保从服务中心接到的客人要求能够被迅速处理并满足。 3.与接待部密切合作确保任何时间内正确的房态。 4.发放，收回，登记和控制所有管家部手机。 5.处理，登记和跟踪借出物品，每月盘点一次出借物品，呼机。 6.按要求准备月报表。为客房部各部分，即布草房，楼层，公共区域，洗衣房准备月度报告和盘点提供帮助。 7.通知助理管家和行政管家临时突发或紧急事件。 8.精确记录、储存所有遗失物品，及按遗失物品处理程序正确地记录、跟踪。 9.完成由行政管家分配的其他任务等工作。 岗位要求 1.有相关工作经验者优先。 2.身体健康，五官端正，无不良嗜好。 3.能熟练操作日常办公软件，熟悉前台系统，有一定的文字处理及沟通协调能力。 4.有一定的英语基础。
