公寓或酒店服务行业客房服务员工作经验 为人诚实、有良好的团队合作精神 细心稳重、待人诚实 有楼层服务经验者（会做结晶、使用机器者）优先。

1.对员工进行岗位及工作标准和流程的培训。 2. 制定部门BSC各项预算。 3. 根据服务标准和程序，检查各岗位的工作情况；督导、检查下属管理人员的各项工作。 4. 负责做好与其他部门的对接和协调工作。 5.. 监督部门棉织品和易耗品的管理，监督盘点工作。 6. 监督客房的钥匙管理，确保客人和酒店的公共财产安全。 7. 合理调配部门人员，控制劳动成本。 8. 监督、管理客房遗留物品的登记、保管、认领和发放处理工作。 9 . 负责做好VIP客人的接待和房间检查工作。 10. 主持、参加各种会议，监督客房例会的召开，确保信息及时准确上传下达。 11. 负责部门节能降耗各项措施的制定和执行。 12. 做好突发事件的应急预案和处理工作。 13.确保酒店各项集团审计（例如：FSQM,BSA)能够顺利进行并达到优秀的成绩通过。

公寓或酒店服务行业客房服务员工作经验 为人诚实、有良好的团队合作精神 细心稳重、待人诚实

岗位要求： 1. 仪表端庄，身体健康，精力充沛 2. 有责任感，工作积极主动 3. 工作认真，善于与别人相处，服从组织领导 4.需要有消防中级证。

岗位职责 1.保证公寓内所有人员的人身安全和财产安全，确保公寓安全的经营环境。 2.遵循所有安全政策和方针，确保每位保安人员明确其工作职责。 3.做好公寓员工的安全培训。 4.巡视所有区域并做好详细记录，避免安全事故发生。 5.健全安全和消防条例；完成材料的收集和档案整理工作。 6.对安全消防各类设施、设备、器材等进行检查、维护、保养 岗位要求 1.熟悉有关安全保卫工作知识， 2.有较强理解与判断能力，头脑清醒，办事敏捷，具有语言组织能力，善表达。 3.需要有消防中级证。

任职要求： 1、形象良好，大专或以上文化程度； 2、3年以上同岗位工作经验； 3、熟悉国内服务式公寓的主流营销模式和手段； 4、业务能力强，懂得多渠道开发客户，有一定的客户资源及开发能力； 5、具有独特的创意能力及较强的市场营销策划能力、品牌推广能力、关系网建立能力和商务协作能力； 6、具备良好的营销团队管理经验及敏锐的市场观察、分析和反应能力； 7、具有高端服务公寓或星级酒店筹开经验者优先。 【本岗位为市场营销部负责人，业绩提成另计，条件优异者薪资可面议。】
