岗位职责：  1、根据公寓市场营销部年度工作计划，协助完成销售任务。  2、协助分析公寓目标客户群体的需求和偏好，例如商务、散客、宴会、MICE客人等不同类型客户的特点。  3、参与新客户的开发工作，协助部门拓展潜在客户资源，收集潜在客户信息并进行初步跟进。  4、协助部门与现有客户保持密切沟通，定期回访，及时了解跟进客户反馈的问题，提高客户满意度。 5、按照公寓品牌推广计划，协助开展各类品牌推广与策划活动，提高公寓的市场知名度和销售量。 6、协助整理部门的日常文件资料，包括销售合同、客户资料、销售数据、EO单、市场调研报告等。 7、在VIP客户或重要团队预订入住时，协助相关部门做好接待工作，如欢迎准备、房间布置、用餐需求等，确保优质服务。 8、参与客户接待过程，为客户提供必要的帮助和引导，解答客户关于公寓设施、服务项目等方面的咨询，树立公寓良好的品牌形象。 9、按时完成上级交办的其他工作。 【岗位要求】 1、本科及以上学历，旅游管理、市场营销等相关专业，应届毕业生及英语良好者优先考虑。 2、形象良好，对新知识、新技能有强烈的学习意愿和快速学习的能力。 3、具有团队合作精神，愿意与同事密切配合，共同完成公寓销售目标。 4、具备较强的服务意识与一定的抗压能力。

岗位职责： 1.保证房间、公区、周边环境、工作区域的清洁、完好，努力实现零投诉。 2.检查需维修、改进项目，并跟进处理结果。 3.监督公司规定、程序的执行，保证住客和员工的安全。劝诫处罚违纪员工。 4.管理工具和货品并保证设备、物品的有效使用。 5.组织在职培训（例如：清洁剂、设备的使用），帮助工作不达标的员工。 6.预见住客的需要，并完美实现。通过电话或拜访了解住客需求，与市场部人员及时沟通住客信息。 7.分包商的服务品质检查（公区清洁、消杀、垃圾清运）。 8.更新房态及执行基本管理工作、制定工作计划表、工作安排表、每月做工作总结汇报。 9.参加工作改进计划或住客满意率提高计划。 10.掌握有关公司、组织、周边环境及其他相关的信息，向住客介绍公共设施及相关信息。 任职资格： 1.具有同岗位2年以上工作经验。 2.熟悉客房管理专业知识。 3.具有良好的组织能力及协调能力。
