    In short, this role is Hotel Operation+ Sales& Marketing + Community Building rolled into one. Stey’s assistant community manager is the #2 of the property in charge, he/she works closely with Community Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the property. This role will not only have the responsibility to make sure things are in order on a day to day basis (operation) , but equally important, Assistant Community Manager is committed at fostering the vibrancy of the community (community building) , as well as promoting the project to potential customers (sales& marketing). Here are the major responsibilities, but there are so much more   Oversee smooth and personalized hospitality is provided to Steyers by community associates    Train junior team members, so that they can one day be as proficient at their job as you are.   Build a close relationship with Steyers, this is achieved by knowing what they like and don’t like, their pet peeves, so that they feel understood and pampered.   Work with community manager to host different events, for the goal of enriching Steyer’s social experience with us and their attachment to the community.   Actively promoting the community to external parties, whether it is an individuals or a company, in order to attract new Steyers as either long term tenants or hotel guests.   Contribute to the social media contents posted by Stey, such as providing materials for Wechat, Weibo and Instagram. What are the requirements to get a job like this?   You have worked in hospitality industry with a customer-facing job for at least 3 years+, but this is not a must. If you have extraordinary interpersonal skill and great personality, it can definitely make up for the lack of relevant experience.   Ability to communicate in English with a lot of confidence , we value verbal communication skill much more than how proficient your grammar is.   Enjoy being around with people, and have a genuine interest in learning more about them.   Possess curiosity to all things unfamiliar, always keen to grow yourself both professionally and personally.   Recruiting only Ladies
