Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically minded Project Specialist/Strategy Analyst to join the Corporate Strategy & Business Analytics team at Accor, a world-leading hospitality group. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the Executive Director in driving the strategic agenda for Greater China, a dynamic division with a portfolio spanning over 800 hotels and 16 brands.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of integrated strategic plans, support commercial analytics initiatives, and assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations for regional and global leadership. This role is designed for a high-potential individual with a strong foundation in strategic problem-solving and a desire to develop their career within a fast-paced, world-class organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning Support
● Assist in the research, analysis, and development of the Group's strategic plan for Greater China, helping to identify growth opportunities and market trends across the division's diverse brand portfolio.
● Support the creation of business cases for new initiatives and investment decisions through data gathering, market analysis, and financial modeling.
Executive Communication & Presentation Development
● Draft and design clear, compelling presentations for the Greater China Executive Committee, and Global Headquarters.
● Synthesize complex information from multiple sources—including market data, competitive intelligence, and internal performance metrics—into structured, high-quality narratives suitable for senior audiences.
Commercial Analytics & Insights
● Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to interpret data from dashboards and predictive models, translating findings into actionable strategic insights.
● Assist in monitoring performance metrics and preparing analysis to support regular strategy reviews with functional heads and brand leadership.
Cross-Functional Project Coordination
● Support the governance and tracking of top-priority, cross-functional strategic projects.
● Prepare documentation, track milestones, and ensure timely follow-up on action items arising from strategy sessions.
Regional-Global Liaison Support
● Assist in preparing briefing materials and presentations to facilitate effective communication between the Greater China region and Global Headquarters.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
● Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field from a recognized university. Master’s degree is preferred.
● Experience working in or exposure to multicultural environments is preferred.
Experience
● This role is open to candidates with limited full-time work experience; early-career professionals and recent graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
● Previous internship experience in a strategy consulting firm, corporate strategy department, investment bank, or business intelligence function is highly valued.
