Assist the General Manager in the effective and smooth operation of the
Secretariat to achieve departmental goals. Draft comprehensive operating
reports, plans, summaries, resolution briefs, and official departmental
documents. Participate in regular meetings, take minutes, and monitor the
implementation of decisions and resolutions. Compile various reports and
prepare company annual reports and records of external relations activities.
Performs related duties such as daily reception, correspondence, and visits.
Responsible for answering the General Manager's daily phone calls. Reviews
and reviews external and internal documents.
Under the direct supervision of the General Manager, address related
matters to improve the hotel's external communications and internal office
management.
Prepare comprehensive business reports, plans, summaries, resolution
summaries, and official departmental documents.
Attend management meetings and take minutes to monitor the implementation

ensure the integrity and smooth operation of the company's internal control
system, and to enhance the company's image, public relations, and corporate
culture.

1. Provide advice and support to the general managerin the strategic planning and overall business objectives of the hotel,including administration, human resources management, training and qualitymanagement.

2. Ensure the implementation of hotel policies,standards, and procedures as they apply to the administrative functions.

7. Attend Executive Committee meetings to fulfillhis/her responsibilities and duties as an Executive Committee member, and toconsider, understand, and manage the hotel's personnel policies. In particular,each ExCom member will report directly to the General Manager and will berequired to ensure that each action is carried out in a proper manner.

12. Provide a professional, advisory and executivesupport service to the General Manager to assist in meeting strategic goal ofthe establishment.
