Administrative Responsibilities
行政职责
· Formulate the preventive programs.
按上司指派执行预防性保养维修工作.
· To ensure the quality of work done to meet the hotel requirement.

· To assist the superior in ensuring that all repairs & maintenance complaints are carried out and attended to. Regular check all low voltage system.
协助弱电主管,确保维修工作中的不满情况得以解决。定期检查所有的弱电系统。
· Introduce all of equipment in FCC, including main panel, fire computer, 24V power, fire telephone, EVAC system.
消防值班中心内设备工作原理及操作,这些设备包括控制主机与分机、消防电脑、24伏电源、消防电话、应急广播(同时也可控制背景音乐)介绍。
· Maintenance and repair: 保养及维修:
Ø Telephone communication system. 电话通讯系统。
Ø Broadcasting system. 广播系统。
Ø Satellite T.V system 卫星系统。
· Ensure the F&B function to satisfaction of the guest.
确保宴会音响运行以满足客人要求.
· Ensure timely delivery of AUDIO service requirements for VIP guests.

Technical Responsibilities
技术职责
· Ensures that the maintenance of Audio Visual system of the Hotel is carried out in accordance with the Standard Engineering practice.
根据工程操作标准对酒店的视听系统进行维护保养。
· Ensures that all work orders for his trade is carried out quickly, accurately, skillfully, economically, efficiently and completely.
确保与其工种有关的工作单进行迅速、精确、精心、经济和有效率地工作。
· Ensures good housekeeping and orderliness in his work area.
保持工作区域干净和整洁。
· Assists the follow workers in carrying out repair work on equipment needed.
帮助培训其他员工一起进行设备维修。
· Records all services and maintenance work done on all Audio Visual equipment in his logbook and equipment record card.
对所有视听系统进行的维护保养工作需记录在工作日志和设备档案卡上。
· Checks the daily event and liaises with Banquet Department to set up all the necessary audio Visual system for the event.
查看每天的宴会活动并联系宴会部,为宴会设置所需的视听系统。
· Immediately notifies the Duty Engineer on duty of any unusual occurrences or observation with respect to Audio Visual equipment and or personnel.
在视听音响设备出现异常情况时,立即汇报值班工程师。
· When in doubt, consults the Engineer Supervisor, Duty engineer or Assist Director of Engineering /Director of Engineering.
当遇到问题时,可请教主管、值班工程师、副总工程师和工程总监。
· Makes sure that all standard procedures of maintenance are adhered to.
依照标准维护保养程序进行维护。
HUMAN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Renders overtime or change of time schedules as situation may require without any delay.
