岗位职责
Accept the booking needs of online and offline customers for hotels and properly resolve them.
1.接受线上、线下客户对酒店的预订需求,并予以妥善解决。
Answer customer inquiries about hotel and other product information, provide answers, and keep relevant records.
2.接听客户对酒店等产品信息的咨询电话,予以解答并作好相关记录。
Familiarize oneself with the procedures for handling room reservations and provide guests with the latest and most accurate room condition information.
3.熟悉处理房间预订的程序,给宾客提供给最新和最准确的房况信息。
Transfer to the hotel's external phone line.
4.转接酒店外线电话。
Answering customer doubts and conveying their needs to relevant departments
5.解答客人的疑惑,传达客人的需求给相关部门
Job Requirements

1.具备热情的工作态度、一定的抗压能力、拥有良好的执行力和团队精神:
Have a certain level of communication skills, clear speech, outgoing and confident, with strong language expression and interpersonal communication skills;
2.有一定的沟通能力,口齿清晰、开朗自信有较强的语言表达能力和人际沟通能力;
Vocational school diploma or above, standard Mandarin, polite speech, sweet voice:
3.中专以上学历,普通话标准,谈吐礼貌,声音甜美:
Proficient in basic office software operations;
4.熟练掌握基本办公软件操作;
