Located at Guest Welcome Centre, and all public areas, Ambassador provides exceptional service and works as a true representative of village hospitality.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Guest Welcome Centre Senior Ambassador must demonstrate an inherent understanding of guest needs and deliver excellent standards in service and hospitality, which surpass guest aspirations, making it special right from the start. The Guest Experience Team is predominantly focused on providing a “World Class VIP” welcome to Shanghai Village to encourage our guests to “discover us, shop with us, recommend us and return to us”.
