岗位职责： 1.负责本部门的所有商品陈列，保证公司各项标准、规范的准确执行，使商场保持安全、整洁、干净、舒适的购物环境； 2.负责完成部门的销售指标、毛利指标、损耗指标、库存指标等； 3.严格控制商品的进货质量、生产质量、销售质量，检查保质期，为顾客提供新鲜、干净、美味的食品； 4.控制缺货和库存过多，保证仓库商品的安全存放； 5.实施每月的生鲜盘点，核算本部门的经营状况； 6.每日查变价，换价签，巡场，加工间刀具消毒，设备运行是否正常； 7.每周财报，月报，销售分析； 8.月底员工考勤排班； 9.积极向员工传达上级领导的任务指示。 任职要求： 1. 5 年以上零售行业或精品超市实体门店生鲜管理工作经验，愿意从事生鲜商品的卖场管理工作； 2. 具有关于零售业经营及管理技术方面的知识； 3. 具备生鲜商品损耗管控、生鲜商品保鲜技术、生鲜商品基本知识等； 4. 具有良好的沟通技巧，组织能力，现场管理能力； 5. 具备计算机基本操作技能、突发事件处理能力及较强的数据分析能力。

岗位职责： 1、负责超市食百部门的运营管理、销售目标的达成，对部门的销售额及毛利额负责； 2、负责对门店商品的陈列、商品质量管理、订价管理、库存管理及损耗控制； 3、负责团队管理，带领部门员工及促销员，营造良好的购物环境，提供优质的服务，达成部门的销售目标； 4、妥善处理顾客投诉和服务工作中所发生的各种矛盾，维护公司品牌形象，供应商关系维护、竞争店调查分析； 5、全面主持超市部门的管理工作，各项营销策略的实施； 6、监督商品的要货、上货、补货，做好进货验收、商品陈列、商品质量和服务质量管理等有关作业，监督门店商品损耗管理。   任职要求： 1、5年以上零售行业食品百货管理工作经验； 2、熟悉大型连锁超市工作流程，熟悉超市内部业务； 3、有连锁超市供应链管理相关经验，有独立对外的协调能力； 4、具有良好的沟通技巧，组织能力，现场管理能力； 5、具备计算机基本操作技能、突发事件处理能力、较强的数据分析能力。
