As a Service Manager - Cost Control Manager, we rely on you to: • Make spot checks each week on procedures of purchasing , receiving , storing , issuing , preparing and portioning. • Assist in establishing and checking purchases of F&B. 确保所有的给水和排水系统维护完好。 记录日常耗水量，定期巡视日常耗煤气量检查水箱水位高度，填写清单。报告日常的维修及工作任务单。 排除设备故障，运行、维修设备。保养的主要内容有：厨房设备，洗衣房设备，客房中淋浴，卫生设备，冷热水供水系统，酒店排水系统，消防水系统，生活水箱，各种机械设备及水泵。定期检查并记录水箱水位情况，随时保持足够的水位。 修理解决由于大楼施工遗留的各种设备缺陷，如：管弄井内管道渗漏等问题。 工作时，保持施工场地整齐，有序。施工完毕，保持场地清洁。 熟练掌握电焊与气焊技术。 参加日常的维修和保养工作。
