【岗位职责】 1、宣传酒店的形象。 2、策划酒店内部各部门的营销和宣传活动等方案。 3、对美工制作进行监督。 4、对酒店各项重要接待、会场布置、场景气氛做好拍摄记录工作。 5、对有关本酒店报道做好摘录归档工作。负责宣传相片、图片资料的管理。 6、对户外宣传品制作及管理，审核户外宣传品的内容，落实悬挂及拆除宣传品等工作。 7、负责根据酒店的营销定位以及企业品牌标识和分销指南，在数字空间推广酒店，并通过在线渠道推动业务确保酒店的形象得到保护。 8、根据酒店在线业务的总体目标，制定并实施数字营销战略。 9、保持酒店范围内的电子客户数据库更新，并为客户信息管理提出解决方案。 10、执行和监控所有在线广告活动，以获得优秀结果，开发广告信息和创意。 11、开发、执行和监控酒店社交媒体平台上的战术活动，以推动业务和粉丝参与。 12、管理酒店的微信、抖音和小红书账户，开发社交媒体。 13、专业及时地监督和管理在线审查和回复。确定影响评级的运营挑战，并将其报告给高级管理层采取行动。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上学历，公共关系、新闻、设计专业。 2、有酒店公关工作经验，熟悉当地市场。 3、受过市场营销、公共关系、产品知识等方面的培训。 4、较强的观察和应变能力，优秀的人际交往和协调能力，较强的社会活动能力。 5、了解电子商务，大众传播，平面创意和具有创新性的写作与编辑能力。
