    一、职位概述 该岗位直接向工程主管汇报,主要负责酒店范围内各类设施设备的全生命周期日常运维工作,涵盖电气系统、给排水设备、暖通空调、装饰装修等模块的故障排查、应急维修及预防性维护保养,确保各类设施设备始终处于安全、高效、稳定的运行状态,为宾客提供优质舒适的入住环境与后勤保障。 二、主要关键工作事项 1. 直接对工程主管负责,严格执行上级下达的各项工作指令与任务部署,确保工作落地高效、合规。 2. 秉持高度的责任感与事业心,主动钻研水电、木工、油漆等多领域专业技术,追求维修质量。 3. 严格遵循酒店设施设备每日、月度、年度预防性维修保养计划,精准开展针对性维保工作,保障设备完好率。 4. 承接酒店日常工程类维修任务,涵盖木工修缮、漆面翻新、墙面地面修补、水电故障处理等多工种作业。 5. 科学规划当班维修工作优先级与进程,快速响应各部门维修需求,提升服务响应效率与满意度。 6. 合理管控维修材料的申领、使用与存放,杜绝浪费,优化成本控制,实现资源高效利用。 7. 规范、详实填写检修项目表、维修记录、材料消耗清单等各类工作台账,确保数据可追溯、可复盘。 8. 基于设备运行现状与检修实际情况,主动提出设备优化、流程改进等合理化建议,助力部门效能提升。 9. 积极配合部门内其他专业岗位及班组开展协同工作,形成工作合力,保障工程类任务顺利推进。 10. 按时参加酒店及部门组织的安全培训、技能提升、服务理念等各类专项培训,全面提升综合素养。 11. 响应酒店安全管理要求,完成临时性安全保卫及消防安全工作,包括消防设施巡检、隐患排查、应急配合等。 12. 服从工程主管安排,高效完成其他临时性、突发性工程维修及相关辅助工作。 三、知识与经验 1. 学历与资质:高中或中技及以上学历,持有低压电工操作证等相关从业资格证书,具备岗位必备的安全操作资质。 2. 专业知识:掌握水电安装与维修、木工、油漆等多工种基础理论,熟悉轻奢酒店各类设施设备(如智能客控、暖通、给排水系统)的基础原理与运维逻辑。 3. 实操经验:拥有2年以上中高端酒店工程维修经验,能独立完成多场景维修任务,具备快速故障排查与应急处置能力。 4. 服务认知:了解轻奢酒店服务标准与客户体验需求,能在维修作业中兼顾服务细节与环境保护,维护酒店高端形象。 5. 综合要求:年龄25-45岁,男性优先,身体健康、吃苦耐劳,具备良好的责任心、沟通协调能力与团队协作意识,能适应轮班及临时性工作安排。
