2. To repair and maintain refrigeration equipment according to the maintenance procedure and operation procedure.
严格按照操作规程及保养规程,负责制冷设备的安全运行、日常维护、小故障排除和当班异常现象的处理。操作技术要求精益求精。
3. Study professional knowledge, knows equipment function and how to operate refrigeration equipment. Fulfill assigned task properly.
刻苦钻研业务技术知识,熟练掌握各种制冷设备的性能及实际操作维修技能。保证准确、及时地完成领班下达的维修单上的任务。
4. Assist the captain to work out yearly/monthly preventive maintenance schedule.
配合领班制定制冷设备设施的年度、月度的预防性维修保养计划,提出自己的建议并保证计划按规定的要求和规范按时完成。
5. Check hotel refrigeration equipment regularly and take record.
坚持巡检制度,有计划地对各种制冷设备运行情况进行认真检查,掌握该系统及其设备的运行状况,做好巡检记录。
6. To do preventive maintenance for refrigeration equipment according to the schedule. Take action immediately if any malfunction was found.
定期做好各种运行设备的维修保养工作。对巡检中发现的问题要立即抢修,清除隐患,确保维修质量。
7. To receive and follow up all repair and job orders according to the work procedure.
制冷工必须接受值班室的运行调度和工作指令,并按照工作程序及时准确地完成维修任务。
8. Report to the captain or supervisor immediately if any repairing requests can't be repaired in time and beyond his capacity.
负责对紧急维修进行处理,个人能力无法排除故障时,根据情况通知运行主管及运行领班。
9. Give comments and suggestions to update some equipment, assist captain/supervisor to install and test the new equipment.
按经营需要提出更新改造设备的合理化建议并配合主管、领班负责制冷设备设施的选型选购,协助安装调试验收使用。
10. Fulfill other tasks if required.
