岗位职责/职位描述 负责完成配方、菜单、冷餐和其他食品生产相关的职责 1.协助编制员工餐厅厨房菜谱，并对食品成本进行控制及管理。 2.负责员工餐厅厨房的资产管理并确保设施设备处于完好状态。 3.确保员工餐厅厨房食品质量、成本，满足员工需要。 4.执行员工餐厅厨房培训计划，为员工配备工作所需的工具和设备。 5.执行员工餐厅厨房食品、原材料的库存量标准。 6.按酒店程序及标准，进行员工餐厅厨房的食品、设备的采购。 7.与员工建立并保持良好的关系以满足员工的需要。 8.参加部门会议，促进团队协作，确保有效的互动交流。
