岗位职责: 1.负责宾客游泳的绝对安全、勤巡视池内泳者的动态，发现溺水者要迅速处理，做好抢救工作并及时向领导报告，为客人提供优质满意的服务； 2.认真做好每天的清场工作； 3.保持区域内设施设备的卫生整洁干净，检查所有区域内设施设备状态完好、齐全； 4.上班集中精神，以标准坐姿坐在各区域救生瞭望椅上，并随时关注区域内客人动态； 5.勤在泳池边观察，注意游泳者的动向，防止发生意外，保证宾客的安全； 6.发现危险及潜在危险状况及时吹哨提示并劝阻客人。

1、熟知酒店客房价格，布局及硬件设施，明细/配置，优惠及备品等等。 2、熟知所有预订处理过程，能熟练操作预订系统及设备。 3、总是提供及时，礼貌既有效的服务。电话铃响三声内接起。 4、任何时候都促销酒店客房以最大化酒店入住率及收入。 5、确保所有的预订都准备无误并持续更新维护系统。 6、了解房间销售情况和需求期以掌握最佳销售机会。 7、提醒预订部经理任何有关入住率的突发波动。 8、熟悉酒店信用程序以更有效的处理账单要求。

1、负责本部门文件、资料并协助经理处理工作。 2、起草本部门报告、函件、备忘录等文件。 3、准备会议文件、做好会议记录，整理会议内容。 4、负责打字、文件传递工作。 5、负责本部门资料的统计、整理、存档、保证随时提供使用，当天文件当天整理。 6、做好本部门上、下级之间的联络工作。 7、接听电话、详细做好记录、接待来访宾客、做到文明待客，处理来信、来访。 8、做好本部门员工考勤和工资发放工作。

1、确保所管辖空调系统和制冷设备设施的安全运行，并使其运行状况良好。 2、落实日常其它部门和客人提出的各种维修要求。 3、当制冷设备发生故障时，协助主管及时处理，发现隐患及时报告，保证空调系统设备处于良好的运行状态。 4、认真做好冷冻机设备的巡查工作，并做好记录，做好冷冻机房的安全防范和清洁卫生。 5、严格执行冷冻机操作使用和维修保养规范及有关的管理制度，保证设备完好和正常运行。

1、听从上级工作安排对酒店各区域家具装饰及装修设施，进行维护保养工作. 2、对酒店所有木器家具的维修、保养。 2、对酒店墙、天花板、玻璃及各种装饰的装修维修。                    3、负责酒店贴面维修保养和更新。 4、维修完毕后清理现场。 5、严格执行操作工作规范，保证维修质量、并做好工作场地的防火安全和清洁工作。 6、做好各类工具和工作器械的保管和保养工作，做好爱惜使用。 7、两年以上酒店装修经验。

1、按酒店规定自查仪表仪容，准时上岗。 2、认真阅读交班记录，完成上一班未完成工作。 3、热情接待各方来宾，为客人提供良好的服务。 4、客人到店时，要主动向客人问好。 5、为客人准确快速地办理入住登记手续，合理安排好各种房间。 6、准确掌握房态并及时与客房部核对房态。 7、与各部门密切联系，做好客人资料、信息的沟通。 8、熟练掌握业务知识及操作技能，负责有关住房、房价、饭店服务设施的咨询推销工作。

【岗位职责】 1、负责客房部的整体经营和运作；分配督导员工工作，制定工作计划。 2、确保部门成本及各项费用，得以良好的控制。 3、根据酒店的运营标准，随时对房间和设施设备及各项物品进行检查。 4、制定部门的年度预算，并确保部门的经营费用控制在预算之内。 5、检查客房部的设施和管理，抽查及提升本部门整体工作质量及工作效率。 6、组织编制部门工作程序及工作考评。 【岗位要求】 1、有3年以上同星级客房管理工作经验。 3、熟悉客房部专业知识，熟练使用电脑。 4、掌握熟悉客房管理、服务流程和质量标准。 5、具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店各类设施设备的日常维修与保养工作，包括但不限于木工、电工、油漆工等相关工作内容； 2、及时响应并处理工程部派发的维修工单，确保维修质量和效率； 3、定期检查酒店公共区域及客房的设施设备运行状况，发现问题及时上报并处理； 4、协助完成酒店各类装修、改造项目的施工工作，确保施工符合规范要求； 5、严格遵守安全操作规程，确保维修过程中的安全及设备正常运行； 6、妥善保管和使用维修工具及材料，避免浪费和损坏； 7、完成上级领导交办的其他相关工作。 【岗位要求】 1、中专及以上学历，持有相关职业资格证书（如电工证、木工证等）优先； 2、具备木工、电工或油漆工相关技能，有酒店行业工作经验者优先； 3、熟悉常见设施设备的维修与保养流程，能独立完成维修任务； 4、工作认真负责，具备较强的动手能力和问题解决能力； 5、能适应倒班工作制，服从工作安排； 6、具备良好的团队合作意识和服务意识。
