您的职责是在遵循凯悦酒店集团的企业战略及品牌标准的前提下,保持所在部门的高效营运,并满足员工、客人及酒店业主的期望。
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
通过礼貌及有效的方式,处理所有宾客及内部顾客的投诉及要求,跟确保问题得以圆满解决。
Handle all complaints and requests from guests and internal customers in a polite and effective manner to ensure that issues are resolved satisfactorily.
提交所有顾客/员工突发事件报告。
Submit all customer/employee emergency reports.
确保所有的财务记录都遵守酒店、公司及当地的政策和规章,包括及时、 准确地汇报财务信息。
Ensure that all financial records comply with hotel, company, and local policies and regulations, including timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
与客人及相关部门保持良好合作关系。
Maintain good cooperative relationships with customers and relevant departments.
参加必要的培训和例会。
Attend necessary training and meetings.
