Responsible for the duties and activities of Security Officers and Guards during the shift and to ensure established position procedures, patrols and frequencies are followed.

1.Supervise each shift security operations, ensuring adequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the security of guests and Team Members.

2.Familiar with and checking hotel fire equipments、fire evacuation passages.全面熟悉并检查酒店各消防设施、消防通道、出入口。3.Ensure prompt reporting of maintenance issues to Engineering department by security guards as they record them during their patrols.确保保安员将巡视记录中的维修问题及时报告给工程部。4.Familiar with each department work procedures、security knowledge、emergency procedures、ensure each position professional knowledge and work standards.熟悉各部门工作程序、安全知识、紧急程序、监督检查与落实并指导各岗位警卫的专业知识及工作水准。5.Conduct random bag inspections of Team Members entering and leaving the building. Ensure asset removal policy is adhered to, to prevent hotel assets being removed from the hotel without the proper authority.在员工进出酒店时对其包裹进行随机检查。遵寻酒店财物管理的原则,在未行到特许的情况下严禁酒店财物外流。6.Provide escort services for Team Members carrying cash, where required.如有需要,应对携带大量现金的同事提供护送服务。7.Maintain perimeter patrols at points of entry and egress to ensure that all people within the hotel environs have a genuine purpose and are not loitering.在酒店的出入口安排外围巡视点,以确保在酒店周围无闲杂人等8.Strictly and justly examine Team Member work knowledge、work discipline、obligation, master each guards work status.严格公正地考核员工的业务知识、工作纪律、责任心,全面掌握每个员工的工作状况。
岗位职责:
1. 负责游泳区域的绝对安全、勤巡视池内游泳者的动态,对不会游泳者可作技术指导,发现溺水者要迅速处理,做好抢救工作并及时向领导报告。
2. 认真做好每天的清场工作。
3. 负责游泳池水质的测验和保养及游泳场地的环境卫生。
4. 上班集中精神,不得与无关人员闲谈,救生台不得空岗,无关人员不得进入池面。
岗位要求:
1. 至少一年相关工作经验,专业对口者和有国际品牌酒店工作经验的优先考虑。
2. 熟悉游泳池服务知识、掌握游泳和救生急救技术,懂得游泳卫生消毒知识,取得白卡以上救生证书的优先考虑。
3. 能按服务工作规范的质量标准独立进行工作。
4. 有在水中进行急救和在陆地上进行人工救护的能力。
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lifeguard should be responsible for the pool area, guest's safety is the priority, provide the training guide if guest needed, need to take immediate actions for the drowned people, and submit the daily report to the superior.
2. Daily cleaning job for the pool area.
3. To inspect the quality of water inside of the pool, ensure the guest pool is well maintained and in a cleanly condition all the times.
4. Pay attention on the pool area on duty hours, no small talk with other colleagues or the guests from other areas, it must have the lifeguard on the lifesaving stand at all times on duty hours.
Required Skills:
1. Minimum 1 year experience in public swimming pool area or related departments or an equivalent combination of education and hotel working experience are preferred.
2. This role requires to have swimming knowledge and professional lifesaving skills, to know hygiene knowledge in the pool area, lifeguard certificate is a plus for this position.
3. Be able to work on your own, self-management with hotel standard of procedures.
4. This role requires to have an ability to give first-aid treatment.
Responsible in assisting the Restaurant Manager in operating a smooth daily restaurant operation.
