保安员： 1、根据保安相关规定，负责做好防火、防盗、防事故等工作，保障酒店的利益； 2、车辆进出指挥有序停放，维护秩序，及时处理突发事件并报告； 3、协助做好来访接待工作及形象展示； 4、服从上级，能合理处理酒店应急事件 5、身高175cm以上，形象气质佳，比较灵活

【岗位职责】 1、根据酒店的有关规定和要求，有效地检验到货物品，必须符合酒店要求的质量标准。 2、按照采购单内容和数量，办理验收手续。 3、验货时如发现数量差错，质量不符合要求，应拒绝收货并及时报告主管。 4、在办理验收手续后，应及时通知有关部门取货。 5、填制每日收货汇总表。 6、跟踪和催收应到而未到的物品。 7、做好采购单的存档工作 【岗位要求】 1、大专及以上学历，具备酒店商品购买知识。 2、理解采购，保管，和分发程序。 3、电脑操作能力好。 4、良好的货品控制能力和食品知识。

确保对所指定的客房及走廊提供最高标准清洁及服务。

【岗位职责】 1、负责本部门文件的打印、传递及酒店的油印工作。 2、负责酒店外聘人员入职体检及办理就业证、居留证等。 3、负责填写每月考勤卡并协助检查员工的工卡。 5、为培训部做文书工作，记录酒店培训的有关事宜。 6、根据培训安排进行资料的印制工作。 7、生日会及其他员工活动的照像工作。 8、定期更换员工宣传栏的内容。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上文化程度或具备文秘方面的专业知识。 2、懂得电脑操作，能较熟练地进行中英文打字。 3、有一定的写作能力和应变处理问题的能力。 4、在校、非25届实习生。
