护更新所有培训部资料档案以及培训记录。.
旁听检查店内培训课程,并及时向培训部经理提供反馈和具有建设性的意见。
及时维护员工布告栏上的饭店信息。
与各部门协调关于实习生和培训课等事宜。
翻译和编辑收到的材料。
协助各项员工活动的规划及实施,包括但不限于:员工生日会,洲际酒店集团各项员工活动等。
保存培训和人力资源活动的记录、材料和照片。
提倡并使交叉培训、轮岗及多技能培训工作顺畅进行。
定期与员工沟通,维护良好的关系。
为上级经理和总经理编制以下月度培训报告。
在需要时协助部门进行校园宣讲,员工招聘及面试等工作。
进行酒店产品知识以及仪容仪表的抽查,并出具报告。
负责撰写酒店员工期刊。

Ø Technical school graduate in extra low voltage or audio & video or electronic trade or obtain vocational training plus 2 years of experience in extra low voltage work.

Ø Prefer 1 year in hotel experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
