1、听取各部门关于饮食方面的建议，定期引进新菜品，以期确保员工满意。 2、负责盘点员工食堂设备、设施，负责日常管理运作，包括清扫、设备维护、安装及其它。 3、制定定期清洁规定及员工食堂规章制度以保证良好的就餐环境。 4、建立节能措施，确保预算控制。 5、负责员工的排班表，负责员工培训计划制定和实施培训。 6、参加人力资源部例会。 7、执行上级安排的其它任务。 8、保证员工餐厅出品。

【岗位职责】 1、负责主持餐厅服务工作，服从餐饮总监和上级领导的安排。对本部门各项工作有计划的安排、检查、督导、协调、考核下属工作。确保完成酒店各项经营指标。各项工作规范性、程序化、标准化、制度化。 2、负责要求和监督各岗位执行各项规章制度，负责楼面范围的卫生，对餐厅环境及餐厅卫生负有领导责任，负责本部门的消防安全和质量管理工作。 3、建立良好的公共关系，加强沟通，广泛收集宾客及其他部门的意见，总结经验纠正错误，不断改进工作。 4、审阅每天业务报表，掌握当日客情预定，资源准备及厨房准备工作，了解当日的重要客情，以及宾客的有关情况和特殊要求，认真组织安排各项当前准备工作。 【岗位要求】 1、五官端正，沟通能力良好，处事灵活，服务意识强； 2、有丰富的大型酒店餐饮工作经验； 3、具备良好的职业道德和餐饮服务精神。 4、认同保利企业文化
