岗位职责:
Supervise a given shift at the Front Desk. Directsstaff that performs and will also perform these duties onown.
督导一个班次,安排自己以及指导员工按照职责工作。
Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
通过准确地解读客人的所需所想来应对客人各种各样的要求,适当的加入个人的建议及关怀,在遵循四季酒店的策略的同时实现顾客满意最大化。

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS
职位要求:
Holds diploma/certificatein Hospitality or Tourism Management.
酒店管理或旅游管理相关专业毕业证书。
Good skills ofthe English and Cantonese or Mandarin languages. Preferably foreign languageability.
具有良好的沟通技巧及中英文的读写能力,更希望具有多国语言能力。
Must be serviceoriented and be able to maintain Four Seasons standard hospitality at all times
有良好的服务意识,在任何时候都能够适应四季的相关标准和理念。
Good knowledgeand very familiar with Opera system
良好的知识量储备,熟知Opera系统的操作。

Recruitment of air conditioners supervisor.
招聘空调主管;
Reports to duty engineer, assist the duty engineer to complete various tasks during the shift.
直接向值班工程师汇报,协助值班工程师完成当班期间各项工作任务;
Carry out all orders from DOE, Chief Engineering and maintenance manager.
执行工程总监、总工程师及维修经理下达的各项指令;
Attend the routine check every week with the guidance of Chief Engineering, find & solve the problems right away.
参与由总工程师领队的每周例检工作,发现问题立即整改。
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS
职位要求
Senior high school degree or above, have 5 years work experience in international hotels.
高中以上学历,5年以上国际知名酒店工程管理经验;
Have relation certificates publish by Labor Bureau Shenzhen.
持有深圳市劳动局颁发的各各类技术等级证书及特种作业操作证等;
Good learning skills.
具有良好的学习能力;
Good presentation skills.
清晰的表达能力。

Responsible for the daily operation of the department, ensure the stability and standard of operation, comply with all service procedures of the lounge, cultivate high quality staff and maintain staff resources.
负责部门每日的运营,确保运作的稳定及标准,遵守酒廊所有的服务工作程序,培养高素质的员工,维护员工资源。
