【岗位职责】 负责酒店日常财务核算工作，审核原始凭证，确保账务处理准确、及时。 编制月度、季度、年度财务报表（资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表等）。 监督会计、出纳的日常工作，确保资金收付、发票管理、银行对账等流程合规。 负责酒店税务申报（增值税、企业所得税、个税等），确保按时缴纳税款。 参与酒店年度预算编制，监控预算执行情况，分析成本差异并提出改进建议。 审核采购、费用报销等单据，确保支出合理、符合财务制度。 建立健全财务管理制度，规范财务操作流程，防范财务风险。 配合内外部审计工作，提供财务数据并落实审计整改要求。 协调与银行、税务、工商等外部机构的关系。 完成上级交办的其他财务相关工作。 【岗位要求】 学历：大专及以上学历，财务、会计、审计等相关专业。 证书：持有初级会计职称（中级优先）。 经验：5年以上财务工作经验，2年以上酒店行业或服务业财务主管经验优先。 熟悉酒店财务运作流程（收入核算、成本控制、库存管理等）。 技能：熟练使用财务软件（如用友、金蝶）及Excel（数据透视表、函数等）。 熟悉酒店行业税务政策（如差额征税、免税政策等）。 2. 软性要求 责任心强，工作细致，能承受一定压力。 具备良好的沟通能力，能与业务部门高效协作。

监督和检查分配给客房和公共区域服务生的工作，按酒店和公司业务目标确保符合产品的质量标准，为酒店客人提供卓越的服务。

职能：机修、空调、强电、弱电、装饰 1. 负责制冷设备的维修和保养，如，涡轮冷冻机、风冷式冷冻机、步入式冷藏室和冷冻室及其他商用/工业制冷设备。 2. 负责空调设备的维修和保养，如窗式空调、柜式空调和风冷式空调等。 3.  负责酒店范围内的各类维修和保养工作，包括酒店的新增和延伸设施或由酒店提供维修保养的任何其他物业。 4. 参加酒店节能计划 5. 在没有当班工程师/总工程师指导的情况下，主动并预见性地实施预防性维修计划中规定的任务。 6. 负责各类设备的检修和相关服务，如，洗衣设备、厨房设备、加热设备、通风和空调设备、包括发动机、泵、风扇、水处理装置、污水处理装置和发电机、电灯和供电、CCTV、电话、电视、消防、生命与安全设备和系统。

及时清洁客房和套房，确保宾客满意度。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店员工制服、布草等的收发和保管工作。 2、严格执行制服规定换洗时间，热心为酒店员工服务。 3、在制服换洗过程中，注意检查制服的破损情况，并及时进行修补。 4、发放制服之前，注意检查制服的洗涤质量，发现问题及时上报领班。 5、负责工服破损，开线等修复工作，保证发放员工制服平整，无损。 6、严禁在未经领班同意的情况下，私自办他人转借，调换制服，或将任何制服携带出酒店外。 7、检查制服架及衣服的流失情况，发现异常或管理漏洞及时上报本部领班。 8、部门负责人安排的其他工作等。 【岗位要求】 1、高中以上学历。 2、2年以上洗衣/制服房工作经验。 3、参加相关培训。 4、熟悉本岗位专业知识，掌握缝纫技术。
