3. Dealing with admission of new employees and departure employees.

4. Convening departmental meeting on a monthly basis andsummarizing the meeting notice.

key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity.

2. Maintains intimate knowledge of departmental standards and procedures.

3.Performs check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation.

Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known

Qualifications –
学历
• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent

Experience –
经验
• 1 years experience in front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 拥有1年前厅或宾客服务工作经验,包括管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
