1.To provide guests with quality service in line with RosewoodHotel brand standards and ensure service efficiency.

2.Proficientin Mircros system and POS booking system.
能够熟练运用Mircros系统和POS预订系统。
3.Ensuretimely update of reservation system information.
保证及时更新预订系统的信息。
4.Properlyhandle reservations according to the situation, be able to communicate with thesupervisor and update the reservation system in a timely manner to ensure therestaurant turnover rate and maximize the benefit.
根据情况妥善处理预订,能够及时与主管进行沟通并更新预订系统,确保餐厅的翻台率,实现效益最大化。
5.Providesatisfactory service to all waiting guests.
为等位的客人提供满意的服务。
6.Greetguests and ensure the accuracy of guest reservation information (includingnumber of diners, special requests, etc.).
迎接客人并保证客人预订信息的准确(包括用餐人数、特殊要求等)。
7.Abilityto promote dishes
有能力对菜品进行促销。

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Assistant Manager - Human Resources is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division, assisting the Human Resources Manager with the implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Human Resources Assistant Manager or Officer in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Requirements 任职资格:

大专及以上学历,良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力,优秀的中文书面和口头沟通能力。
Experiences 经验要求:
1-2 years experiences in similar capacity in luxury hotel in restaurant.
1-2年以上豪华酒店餐厅相关工作经验。
Chinese restaurantbackground is preferred.
有中餐厅经验为佳。
