Minimum of five years of progressive director of human resources management

Bachelors degree preferred 大学相关专业
Prior work experience in a union environment including negotiation and
local and regional rules 熟知本地政策并有相关工会工作经验优先
Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers
to ensure teamwork能有效的和其他酒店建立良好的团队合作关系
Able to resolve conflicts with supervisors and employees能有效的调解员工和主管的矛盾
【岗位要求】
(1)Holding similar position or function in international hotel group for at leastcontinuous 12-month
在国际酒店集团担任类似职位或职能至少连续12个月
(2) Strong Beijing customer base in corporate, embassy and government will be aplus

(3) Acceptable experience on brick-wall activities, MICE group handling and PMSoperation

(4) Hard working, aggressive in business development
