Depending on level of responsibility, supervises the daily operation of the restaurant, room service and mini bar; assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards and assist servers and hosts during the meal period

May function as a department head to direct and work with food and beverage management team and associates to successfully execute restaurant, Room Service and Mini Bar operations; strive to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.
