    Job Summary 职位简述 Director of Rooms is in charge of Rooms Division. The Director of Rooms is responsible for ensuring resort provides the highest level of guest services and ensuring that standards are maintained for all positions within the entire Rooms Division. The Director of Rooms will be responsible to guide all sub-departments in achieving hotel strategic directions through continual focus and reference to these strategies and our vision.     JOB OVERVIEW The Audit Manager will assist in executing the department’s & APAC strategic plan and objectives to provide independent assurance that hotels in the APAC region are reporting in compliance with brand standards & respective franchise/management agreements. The Audit Manager will have the responsibility of conducting on-site and virtual property audits, completing audit file reviews, monthly financial reports, addressing special audit requests, and interacting with various constituents within the business to develop and maintain a network of key relationships within the organization.  Additionally, the position will serve as the main point of contact to resolve audit findings and work with property owners & internal teams to institute any necessary compliance measures.  The Audit Manager/Director will work very closely with the Audit Manager based in the U.S. who performs virtual audits for the APAC region, as well as with the APAC Operations & Legal teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ·       Work with property owners / property management to resolve audit findings and achieve the desired improvement actions after audits are completed.  These responsibilities may include: -       Communicating and discussing audit findings with franchise/management owners, general managers, and senior leaders within the Brand Operations, Legal, and Finance teams. -       Providing guidance to franchise/management owners and general managers regarding proper procedures for accurate revenue reporting, which impacts the revenue recognized by the company. -       Formalizing the standard process for reporting of audit findings and resolution in APAC -       Negotiating terms of “Memos of Understanding” with franchise/management owners to ensure full understanding and resolution of audit findings.  ·       Conduct property audits (either in-person or virtually) in accordance with brand standards and respective franchise/management agreements and develop audit findings and recommendations.  These responsibilities may include: -       Drafting and sending audit confirmation letters prior to performing the on-site and virtual audits to inform property owners that an audit will be performed, noting the required financial records needed to complete the audit. -       Reviewing and testing hotels’ financial information to verify the accuracy of reported gross room revenue, as well as, ensuring financial operational procedures are in accordance with the franchise/management agreements and company brand standards. -       Documenting audit test procedures, findings, and results for review. -       Formalizing the standard process of auditing APAC hotels in partnership with Wyndham Legal and Operations -       Documenting the actual findings in a systematic manner ·       Monitor financial performance of properties and track status of properties’ “Memos of Understanding” post-audit together with the efforts to support AR collections. -       Work closely with Revenue Management team to understand the basic financial performance for certain brands as benchmark to detect issues -       Partner with the AR team to develop a standard process in which audits will contribute to overall AR collection efforts. ·       Carry out duties/projects as assigned by line manager from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS ·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred. ·       Bachelor’s degree in other business-related concentrations would be considered if the candidate has significant work experience within the hospitality industry. ·       6-8 years of auditing and/or accounting experience is required. Prior audit or accounting experience within the hospitality or franchise industry is not required, but is a plus. ·       CPA or other business certification is a plus. ·       Excellent time management, organization, negotiation skills and customer service skills are required. ·       Interest in learning business processes, auditing principles, internal controls and system controls in a hospitality environment. ·       Familiar with APAC key markets local finance & tax law and regulations. ·       Possesses savviness and accuracy in dealing with numbers & reports. ·       Excellent analytical skills, be able to deep dive into the revenue report and identify the revenue loss. ·       Be able to establish and maintain positive relationship with internal team members & external stakeholders, fluency in both Chinese & English is required. ·       Self-driven and be able to work independently. ·       Great leadership skills and can drive the audit program within the region. ·       Results-driven and action-oriented. ·       Problem-solving focused with a can-do attitude. ·       Open-minded and innovative, willing to try all ways to achieve desired results. ·       Available to travel at 50% of the time or greater within the region.

operations in all restaurant’s Kitchens, including Pastry, Main Kitchen, Chinese Kitchen, Executive Club Lounge Kitchen as well as stewarding operations.   Work at off-site events when requested.  Plan, prepare and implement high quality food and beverage products and set-ups in all areas and in the restaurants.  Work seamlessly with recipes, standards and plating guides.  Maintain all FSAA aspects within the hotel operation.   Use all equipment, tools and machines appropriately.  Focus on constantly improving the training manuals and SOPs.  Participate actively in quality initiatives such as the daily Chef briefings and monthly team meetings in order to improve culinary operations, meet targets and keep communication flowing.  Assist in inventory taking.  Knowledgeable of hotel’s occupancy, events, forecasts and achievements.  Prepare menus as requested.  Work on new dishes for food tastings and photo taking.  Attend service briefings.  Communicate effectively with the Service team.  Control stations within the kitchen.  Effectively respond to every guests’ requests.  Learn and adapt to changes.  Be receptive to constructive feedback.  Purchase for and control production.  This is by no means an exhaustive list as it is subject to changes according to the nature of the business at hand, the menus’ content, and any other factors when duties might have to be re-defined according to the business pattern.  Review rosters prepared by Section Chefs in advance, ensuring that they fulfil high business productivity and guest satisfaction.  Be disciplined and adhere to proper work practices at all times for yourself and team members assigned to you.   Maintain good personal hygiene, clean uniforms, proper sanitation and cleanliness of the workstations and work tools.   Be aware of the dangers of contaminated food and ensure ingredients in the refrigerators are checked and replaced appropriately.  Report to the chefs on issues and take appropriate action.  Ensure that recipes and costings are established and updated.  Select team members who display qualities and attributes that reflect the department standards.  Monitor food quality and quantity to ensure the most economical usage of ingredients.  Advise new menus and seasonal food concept changes.  Liaise with the Chefs daily to advice on any challenges and that guests will experience no delays during the service period.  Check that the quality of food prepared by team members meet the required standard and make necessary adjustments.  Monitor the overall food operation and ensure that food items are being prepared in a timely and correct manner.  Oversee the cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the kitchen and undertake necessary steps to maintain the highest possible standards in this area.  Attend communication meetings ensure that all assigned team members receive this communication.  Maintain at all times a professional and positive attitude towards team members and supervisors.   Adhere to established hotel rules and team member handbook, ensuring all team members under your supervision do so as well for the department to operate smoothly.  Coordinate, organize and participate in all production pertaining to the kitchen.   Check and follow-up on the ingredients for the ala carte menus, daily menus, and seasonal specials, maintaining the standards of pre-set recipes, portion control and costing at all times.  Manage the training function and ensure all team members are certified in their position before taking charge of an area of responsibility.  Control and monitor optimum food costs to yield maximum amount of outlet profit and maximum guest satisfaction.  Work closely with the Chef and meet regularly to determine menu selections and specials that is both satisfying to guest and profitable to outlet.  Review all timesheets to ensure that team members’ work times and meal breaks are accurate.  Understand, practice and promote good teamwork to achieve missions, goals, and overall departmental standards.  Conduct culinary department meetings and communicate important hotel information to team members, receiving feedback in the absence of the     What will I be doing?  -          The Senior Finance Training Manager works with FSSC management team to identify and address team members and organizational training needs, to promote a supportive work environment for systematic and continuous learning. -          Motivate and support talent development with tailored in-depth programs as enrichment to skills and knowledge in line with learning and development strategy from GCM Finance Learning & Talent Development Team and FSSC HR team. -          Drive operational excellence through ongoing measurement of training effectiveness and specific performance improvement programs based on analysis of performance gaps and identified training needs. Training Delivery ·       Prepare and maintain standard training manual for every tower team member. ·       Support, engage and inspire team members through effective training programs which are properly planned and prioritized. ·       Conduct training needs analysis on a regular basis and develop customized programs and initiatives to support shared services platform and drive operational excellence.  ·       Demonstrate strong experience in a wide range of learning delivery methods while implement innovative approaches (including facilitator-led workshops, eLearning, webinars, interactive tools / games, and coaching / mentoring sessions) and solutions to enhance learning content, experience, and impact. Talent Development ·       Deliver viable talent development strategy and action plans based on analysis and understanding of FSSC business and talent challenges. ·       Partner with Regional Specialists, FSSC HR team to assess priorities for learning, development, and talent management activities. ·       Develop the framework and deliver the talent development programs to ensure opportunities for all team members reflect personal development plans and support FSSC overall business plan. ·       Maximize individuals’ talent with leadership building and sharpening programs in place, track internal high potential talents with talent review, career, and succession development. Quality Improvement ·       Measure and monitor the effectiveness of training with specific goal setting, assessment, and reflection on a regular basis etc. ·       Monitor the implementation of FSSC policies and SOPs.  ·       Perform monthly dashboard data analysis to identify the root causes to performance gaps and to drive improvement with specific training programs or initiatives ·       Leverage best practices and knowledge sharing among FSSC team members including developing and rolling-out tools, templates, and methodologies. ·       Other duties as assigned What are we looking for? ·       Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. ·       Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years hospitality finance working experience and minimum of 5 years as hotel Senior Finance Manager (AFC/FM and above), ideally with Hilton experience. ·       People-oriented, willing to foster a positive work environment for all team members. Lead by example, able to inspire and motivate team members. ·       Familiar with Hilton Policies, Procedures and Compliance requirements. ·       Solid knowledge of SUN, OnQ, SCMCheck, HRLink, proficient in Microsoft Office applications. ·       Good presentation and teaching skills. With departmental learning coach experience and TTT certification is a plus. ·       Excellent communication, coordination, and organization ability.
