1.确定消息的来源,使酒店的生意取得最好效益。
Identify sources of group business for the hotel and establish solicitation programs to maximize sales.
2.发展酒店的客户和他们建立良好的关系。
Help identify sources of individual business and allocate the resources to develop relationships with them.
3.监督和指导正确重要的信息,并保证这些信息的持续更新。
To supervise and monitor the compilation of accurate account information and to ensure this information is kept up to date.
4.维持团队和散客的正确预测,确定销售在特定时期的销售重点。
Maintain accurate forecasting for all group/FIT segments and identify valley periods for sales emphasis.
5.建立个人销售的目标,并且挑选重要的客户。
Establish personal sales goals, and be responsible for a representative selection of key accounts.
任职资格 Qualification
1.熟知销售系统并具有良好的沟通能力。
Fully versed in Sales System with high level of interpersonal skills.
2.卓越的领导能力,善于管理并激励员工。
Excellent Leadership skills with ability to motivate and coach staff.
3.了解,旅游产业和宴会销售; 对市场走势具有一定的分析和见解。
Knowledge in Corporate, Travel Industry and Catering Sales; Ability and understanding of the market trends.
4.妥善处理及回复客人需求。
Able to handle guest request and feedback in a professional manner.
5. 具有分析员工不同需要为其制订有效培训计划的能力。
Ability to conduct training needs analysis for the department, and prepare effective training plans.
6.良好的交流沟通能力, 良好的团队合作精神。
Good interpersonal and communication skills, Team Player.
7.具有至少3年国际连锁酒店的相关经验。
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
