岗位职责:
服从部门领导的工作安排,按规定的程序与标准向宾客提供一流的接待服务。
1. Obey the work arrangements of department leaders, provide first-class reception services to guests according to the prescribed procedures and standards.
作好班前准备,认真检查电脑、打印机、计算器、验钞机等设备工作是否正常,并作好清洁保养工作,确保所有收银点都有足够零钱、帐单、凭证及发票,以减少阻碍宾客结帐。
Make pre-shift preparations, carefully check whether computers, printers, calculators, banknotes and other equipment work properly, and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance, to ensure that all cash registers have enough change, bills, vouchers and invoices, in order to reduce the obstruction of guests checkout.
准确熟练地收点客人现金、支票,打印客人各项收费帐单,及时,准确地为客人结帐并根据客人的合理要求开具发票。
Accurately and skillfully collect cash and checks from guests, print out various charge bills of guests, timely and accurately settle accounts for guests and issue invoices according to reasonable requirements of guests.帮助收银员做结账工作及解决客人的查询,熟练掌握酒店的相关知识,严格遵守各项制度和操作程序。
Help the cashier to do the checkout work and solve the inquiries of the guests, master the relevant knowledge of the hotel, and strictly abide by the rules and operating procedures.
制作、呈报各种报表报告。
Prepare and submit various statements and reports.
任职条件:
1.
中专及以上学历,年龄30岁以下,具有1年以上收银工作经验,应届毕业生办可;
2.
熟悉操作财务软件、Excel、Word等办公软件;
3.
工作认真,态度端正,愿意从事服务行业,有一定的沟通协调能力及抗压能力。
