    What will I be doing? Position Summary  ·       Maintain computer information security vulnerabilities and provide timely training ·       Manage inventory and asset management. ·       Troubleshoot computer failures and information technology related services for team members ·       Ensure that operations performed comply with SOP and P&P ·       Create and provide training and SOP documents to users. ·       IT related paper work such as contract stamping requests, purchase orders and payment requests ·       Other duties as assigned. What are we looking for? To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: ·      Bachelor degree or above; major in accounting, information technical and related. ·      Have strong ability to manage items, always understand the number of items, and take inventory regularly. ·      Have strong written document skills, can write and read Chinese and English with clear logic. ·      Have the ability to actively learn and ask for advice. ·      Have excellent communication skills and apositive teamwork attitude. ·      Logical mind in problem-solving, with atendency to consult others rather than acting unilaterally. ·      Internship period: The internship period is required to last until around March 2025. ·      Attendance at least 5 days a week. ·       Self-motivated attitude and feel a personal need for continuous learning and dedication towork. ·       Strong sense of customer service

    What will I be doing?  ·       Attend and pass relevant training courses.  ·       Get familiar with tasks needed requirements, policies, and process. ·       Verify the accuracy of accounting documents, reports, or records. ·       Compile data and prepare journal vouchers or reports. ·       Complete reports audit tasks under supervision. ·       Complete reconciliation between system and follow up the variance. ·       Prepare supporting documents of JV, BSR, and other reports. ·      Check the completeness of journal vouchers. ·       Coordinate communication between FSSC and suppliers or hotels. ·       Support FSSC TM to complete assigned tasks. ·       Handle clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under supervision, and escalating issues to managers on time. ·       Other duties as assigned. What are we looking for? To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: ·      2025 graduates (finance or accounting major preferred),can take at least 6 months internship, 3-5 days at least per week. ·      Self-motivated and proactive, fast learning ·      Willingness to learn and develop. ·       Good communication skills and presentation skills (both in Chinese and English) ·       Can work under pressure. ·       Strong sense of customer service

    岗位职责: 1.对国内外酒店品牌及旗下酒店进行信息收集和整理,包括但不限于从奢华酒店到中端酒店的基本信息、设施服务、特色体验等,并定期形成研究报告。 2.完成领导安排的其他相关工作。 3.每周实习不少于3天,可连续实习不少于2-3个月。 任职资格: 1. 酒店管理或旅游管理专业优先。 2. 良好的中英文表达能力,文笔佳;熟练使用PPT等办公软件。 3. 性格乐观,善于学习,乐于沟通。
