【岗位职责】 1.带领下属遵守财经纪律，执行财务制度，严格执行《会计法》。 2.负责月末会计核算处理，确保账账相符、账证相符、账表相符。 3.负责统计报表的编制和报送工作，按规定时间及时报送。 4.审核各类记账凭证和编制会计凭证。 5.审查和清理账户，账簿摘要内容要求完整和精炼。 6.协助信贷会计组织资金回收；协助成本会计和资产会计定期进行财产、物资和材料的盘点工作。 7. 监控现金流，审核每日现金、银行存款日报表，并在签章后，报送财务总监。 8.协助补充和培训财务部人员，包括交叉培训。 9. 协调和准备预算及预测编制工作。 10. 协助监督各部门的运转是否按公司的政策和程序执行，在必要时执行新政策和新程序。 11.跟进酒店筹备开业相关工作。 12.领导安排的其他工作。 【岗位要求】 1.本科以上学历，财务会计专业毕业，或具有会计师资格，有至少一年以上同岗位工作经验，3年以上总账工作经验。 2.熟悉品牌酒店账务税务流程。 3.熟悉办公软件及财务软件，熟悉银行、税务、工商的工作流程。 4.能独立核算企业的账务工作，懂得相关法律法规。 5.工作细致、严谨，具有较强的工作热情和责任感。 6.为人诚实可靠，品质正直，有吃苦耐劳的精神。

【岗位职责】 1、协助部门经理处理人力资源部日常工作，接待面试者及酒店内部同事。 2、负责新员工入职手续新员工档案建立。 3、定期发送员工活动、编辑微信推文，海报设计。 4、协助做好宿舍和员餐管理。 5、协助员工劳动合同签订及管理工作。 6、协助质检、培训及员工活动工作工作。 【岗位要求】 1、本科以上学历，人力资源或酒店管理专业，25届应届生，需实习6个月以上。 2、形象良好，性格外向。 3、良好的沟通能力，与各部门建立良好合作关系。 4、具有较好的文字组织能力和语言表达能力，能起草各类文件及活动策划宣传。 5、工作责任心强，有耐心。
