岗位职责 1、协助员工入离职手续办理。 2、计划安排好酒店员工工作餐。 3、做好日常工作及管理好酒店后台区域环境卫生工作。 4、办理酒店员工的暂住证、体检证。 5、协助员工劳动合同签订及管理工作。协助质检、培训工作。 6、负责部门资产保全、增补，调出等管理工作。 岗位要求 1、大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验2年以上。 2、掌握文员工作、文书档案管理、接待礼仪等知识。 3、了解人事、工资、劳动保护、社会保险等政策、法规。 4、具有较好的文字组织能力和语言表达能力，能起草各类文件。 5、熟练掌握办公自动化技能。工作责任心强，有耐心。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店各类宣传物料的设计与制作，包括但不限于宣传册、海报、易拉宝、展板、菜单、房卡等； 2、根据酒店品牌调性，完成线上线下活动及节假日的视觉设计，确保设计风格统一且符合品牌形象； 3、协助市场部完成社交媒体平台（如微信公众号、抖音等）的图文、短视频封面及广告素材设计； 4、参与酒店内部环境的美化设计，包括标识标牌、装饰画、活动背景板等； 5、配合其他部门完成临时性设计需求，确保设计作品按时高质量交付； 6、跟踪设计趋势，优化设计流程，提升整体视觉呈现效果。 【岗位要求】 1、大专及以上学历，美术、平面设计、视觉传达等相关专业优先； 2、1年以上平面设计或美工相关工作经验，有酒店、餐饮行业经验者优先； 3、熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator、CorelDRAW等设计软件，具备基础视频剪辑能力者加分； 4、具备良好的审美能力和创意设计能力，能独立完成设计任务； 5、工作细致高效，具备较强的沟通能力和团队协作意识； 6、能适应快节奏工作环境，对酒店行业设计需求有敏锐的洞察力。
