Be responsible for expatriate employee’s physical checking, working visa
and related certificates.

Management of staff lockers and valuables cabinets; Check and maintain
lockers regularly
员工更衣柜、贵重物品柜的管理;定期对更衣柜进行检查及维护。
Update dormitory personnel information and coordinate dormitory issues
员工宿舍人员信息更新,协调员工宿舍问题。
Apply and manage office supplies and stationery
部门办公用品、文具等的申领与管理。
Update and maintain staff information board
员工信息栏的更新与维护。
