岗位职责： 根据酒店和业主公司制定采购的方针、策略、程序文件，贯彻执行采购任务。 根据酒店制度和操作流程，接收餐饮部每日食品采购申请单及酒店各部门采购申购单。 根据酒店制定流程及需求与市场供应审定价格合理、货品质量可靠、信誉好、售后服务优的供应厂商，确定供应关系。 正确使用采购部备用金进行现金付款并做好相应的管理工作，对供应商应该一视同仁，不能存在偏见。 负责组织市场调查研究，及时酒店提供市场信息，指导下属按计划完成酒店的各类采购任务，并尽量做到降低成本、节省开支。 积极开发货源，不断推荐新产品。 经常检查本部门执行经济、海关、检疫、卫生等法律法规情况，及时处理发现的问题。 任职资格: 1.大专（含）以上学历，具有3年以上国际酒店各项物品的采购经验，同等岗位2年及以上优先。 2.诚实可靠，品性端正，无不良嗜好，具备良好的沟通技巧及谈判技巧。

岗位职责 1、在厨师长安排下，负责各种饭菜的加工制作，保证食品质量。 2、严格遵守作息时间，不擅离职守，不脱岗，不窜岗，保证食堂按时开餐。 3、严格执行《食品卫生法》，作好食堂卫生，保证无过期变质食品。 4、厨师上岗必须工服穿戴整齐，厨房内不得吸烟，未经许可不得以任何动用食堂物品。 5、负责每餐划卡统计，无就餐卡人员不得予以就餐。 6、服从厨师长调动，维护好厨房器具，作好餐前餐后各项工作。 岗位要求 1、具备相应的从业经验2年。 2、身体健康，作风正派。 3、沟通协调能力强，服从安排。 4、持有专业的上岗证书。

1、具有良好强电知识和全面掌握电力设备运行，维修和维护技能。 2、具有电机重新缠绕线圈的知识和能力。 3、正规电力职业学校毕业，专业掌握电力系统维修和维护知识。 4、至少 3 年在星级酒店同岗位工作经验。
