    POSITION SUMMARY 职位概述: Perform professional accounting duties to maintain control over expenses, income, assets and liability of the hotel to ensure the security of the assets of the company in a centralized accounting environment. Conduct related report about hotel business performance. Manage lower level accounting staff. 执行专业的财会职责,管理酒店的支出、收入、资产和债务,以确保公司财产安全处于集中控制的环境。管理较低级别的会计人员。 RESPONSIBILITIES 职责: - Review the daily revenue report. 审查收入报表。 - Audit the general cashier journal. 审核总出纳凭证。 - Review of accounts payable purchases journal. 审查采购应付账目。 - Maintenance of replacement reserve book. 保管重置储备金账目。 - To take charge of the month end inventory counts and to produce the month end Food & Beverage control report. 负责月末存货清点并制作月末餐饮控制报告。 - Preparation of month end journals. 准备月底结账凭证。 - Participation in month end review. 参与月末审查。 - Review general ledger and Financial Reports each month. 每月审查总账和财务报表。 - Review balance sheet reconciliation. 每月审核资产负债调节表并跟进处理。 - Prepare or Review bank reconciliation such as agency, imparts and replacement reserve. 编制或审核银行存款余额调节表,如代理行、重置储备金。 - Conduct Payroll Auditing. 对工资进行审计。 - Complete the tax declaration. 每月完成税务申报工作。 - Prepare the owner report. 准备业主报表。 - Attend the P&L meeting and assist Finance Director in analyzing monthly profit & loss. 参加月度损益会议,协助财务总监分析每月损益。 - Participation in the 3-month outlook, reforecast and budget. 参与3个月的预测、重新预测与预算。 - Assist to complete hotel budget. 协助完成酒店预算。 - Cooperate with external and internal audit. 配合完成酒店外部和内部财务审计工作。 - Assist to do a good job of staff training. 做好员工培训工作。 - Assist other departments in analyzing their financial results. 协助其他部门分析其财务结果。 ABILITIES / KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS 能力、关键资质、技能: - Good Communication skills. 良好的沟通能力。 - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. 熟练使用微软办公软件。 - Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities. 具备较强的问题解决、推理、号召、组织及培训能力。 - Good writing skills. 良好的写作能力。 EDUCATION / CERTIFICATES / EXPERIENCE 教育背景、任职资质、工作经验: - Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. 会计、财务、工商管理或相关专业学士学位或大专学历。 - 3 years in hotel accounting or auditing experience including management experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. 3年酒店会计或审计工作经验,包括管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。 - Professional accounting certifications may requested by local laws and regulations. 地法律法规要求的专业会计认证。

    Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责(包括但不限于以下内容): 1. Assisting the Director of Culinary Operations in implementing and managing the hygiene management system (FSMS) and supporting a safe and efficient hotel operation and therefore contribute to maximizing guest satisfaction consistent with hotel standards. 协助厨房运营总监管理和执行食品安全和卫生管理体系(FSMS),并支持酒店的高效、安全运营,以达到顾客满意度最大化并符合酒店标准。 2.     You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Asst. FOM is responsible to assist the FOM or DOR in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operations for the hotel, including, but not limited to, the Front Desk, Front Service (including parking and the hotel entrance), Communications Centre, Business Centre and Regency or Grand Club. Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Asst. FOM or FO Assistant Manager. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
