Job description
1. Provides direction in the
development of sales & marketing strategies to ensure rate and occupancy
objectives achieved.
2.Participate in sales
activities by conducting sales calls and meeting with in house customers to
strengthen relationship with customers, obtain customers’ feedback; Ensure all
enquires received at sales offices are handled promptly and efficiently.
3.Conduct account review and
analysis of tenant and potential tenant research, current market conditions and
competitor information.
4.Develop and implement sales
and marketing plans for long term, short term and daily stays; To ensure that
sales targets are set up for all sales in efficiently used.
5.Ensure that the reservations is properly managed with phone calls handled efficiently and courteously according to standard set up.
6. Regular check on the rate control; monitor and review on all sales and marketing activities and results.
7. Oversea marketing in planning and executing advertising, database management and collaterals production.
8. To review and update all LSOP related to S&M whenever necessary.
9. Coach and counsel all sales associates to ensure timely rectification of performance; To make sure of disciplinary actions if required aim to assist associates in improving their performance; And review with their performance regularly.
10. Business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move accustomed shift as business demands; Be able to work over time if business requires.
11. Ensure products are effectively displayed in all distribution Channels / websites.

Ensure an effective E- marketing plan is in place and measurable.
13. Direct, lead and supervise the sales department daily operation.
14.
Monitor efficiency of LSG, FIT, and marketing and revenue management team.
15. Perform HR functions to ensure all staff are selected, trained and rewarded to maintain performance standards.
16.
Ensure all reports are complied in a timly and concise manner.
17. Any other related sales and marketing task or responsibility given by GM.
