Job Scope
Evaluate local, national and international market trends, vendors and other hotel/restaurant operations constantly to make sure that the hotel’s own operations remain competitive and cutting edge.
Establish a rapport with guests maintaining
good customer relationships and handle all guest complaints, requests and
enquiries on food, beverage and service.
Ensure that the Food and Beverage activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy.
Work closely with other Executive Committee members in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
Supervise closely F&B divisional colleagues in the performance of their duties in accordance with policies & procedures and applicable laws.
Ensure that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
Participate in revenue management meetings actively, overseeing the appropriate pricing structures to maximize yield and overall profits in F&B.
Exercise efficient Payroll Management/Resource allocation through the establishment of a flexible workforce throughout the Division. This will be based on the principles of a flexible colleague base (Full Time and Part Time colleagues), multi-skilling and multi-tasking.

积极参加收入管理会议,监督适当的价格结构,以最大限度地提高餐饮的收益和整体利润。
通过在整个司内建立灵活的工作队伍,进行有效的工资管理/资源分配。这将基于灵活的同事基础(全职和兼职同事),多技能和多任务的原则。
岗位要求:
15年以上国际豪华酒店餐饮管理和运营经验。
2年以上餐饮总监工作经验优先。
优秀的中英文沟通能力。
出色的餐饮操作技术知识。
熟悉酒店损益报告,对市场策略有独到见解。
Job Requirements
Minimum 15 years working experiences in international luxury hotels, focusing in
F&B management and operations.
2+ years working experiences as
Director of Food and Beverage is preferred.
Demonstrated excellent communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
Demonstrated excellent technical knowledge of F&B operations.
Familiar with hotel P&L Reports and own the insights for marketing strategies.
