· Assisting with the preparation and planning of the annual marketing plan, department objectives and other costs related to the annual budget plan.

· Monitor news coverage and circulate internally every month.

· Be the brand ambassador of the hotel, to ensure all materials comply with the brand standards and all creative follows the brand direction.
· 成为酒店的品牌大使,确保所有材料符合品牌标准而且所有的创意都符合品牌方向。
· Ensure all materials using for the public are submitted to the corporate office for approval before they are published.
· 确保所有宣传材料在发布之前,都经过总部审批。
· Ensure all hotel associates are fully versed on these brand guidelines and give direction where appropriate.

· Ensure you are fully versed with the hotels emergency & crisis management policies and procedures. Be well versed with the appropriate action and contact people to liaise with.

· Ensure files, correspondence, photo/electronic library of the hotel and other relevant business documentation is maintained.

· Develop and produce sales supported materials for the hotel (website, OTAs, GDS, newsletters, brochures, promotion materials, in-room information, guides, etc.).

· Assist with creation and implementation of local, regional and international advertising, including online marketing initiatives

· Coordinate all special events and promotions and maximize publicity.

· Work with Food and Beverage team to develop the promotion plan and make sure it’s deliverable, measurable and adjust it when it’s necessary.
· 与餐饮团队合作制定促销计划,确保计划的可行性、可衡量性,并在必要时进行调整。
· Coordinate and implement the communication plan for the hotel activities and promotions in coordination with various revenue-earning departments in the hotel (i.e. food and beverage, business development, etc.). Work closely with Chef and Restaurant for specials and social events.

· Handle OTA responses on behalf of the related department. Advance communication with them is a must.

· Undertake additional duties as requested by Head of Business Development and Hotel Management team.

· Third party tie-ups. Work close with any third party when it’s necessary.

· As the main contact of the hotel with corporate office on marketing and communications. Prepare monthly report to the corporate office.
