QUALIFICATION 任职资格:
* Technical secondary school or above.
中专以上学历。
* At least has 3 years kitchen experience in 5 star Hotel at supervisor level.
3年以上五星级酒店本岗位的工作经历。
* Have a good knowledge of cuisine to carry out the duties and responsibilities for the position in an efficient and productive manner.
具备有与本职位相配的专业知识,高效率,高质量完成本职工作。
* Access and use Food & Beverage computer programs.
熟练掌握并使用餐饮电脑系统。
* Be able to supervise and manage a shift.
能够指导和管理小组工作。
* Must possess the necessary skills to be able to work hands on, and provide on the job training to associates to meet the set standards.
能够完善有必要的工作技巧,提供工作方面知识培训,并帮助员工达到标准。
JOB DESCRIPTION 职位说明:
* Master the daily production plan of the stall.
掌握所在档口的日常生产计划。
* Daily check the preparation work before meals, such as condiments, kitchenware, do half of the processing work, according to the standard.
每日检查开餐前的各项准备工作,如:调味品、厨具、做好半成的加工工作,按标准出品。
* Check daily kitchen equipment for use.
检查每日厨房设备以便使用。
* Strictly control the quality of dishes, strictly prohibit the production of unqualified dishes, reject the processing of food with quality problems, urge to improve the semi-finished products to ensure the quality of production.
严格把关菜肴的质量,严禁出品不合格的菜肴,拒绝加工质量有问题的食品,督促改刀对半成品要精益求精,保证出品质量。
* Be familiar with the amount, collocation and seasonings of each dish to create more space and profit for the company.
熟悉每份菜肴的份量、搭配、调料,为公司创造更大的空间和利润。
* Find out the reason of returning dishes in time and strengthen the analysis.
及时找出客人退回菜肴的原因,并加强分析。
* Strengthen the skills and theoretical knowledge training of students.

* Assist in receiving and storing goods.
协助收货和储存货物。
* Clean warehouse area and dispose of garbage.

* Develop new dishes regularly.
定期研发新的菜品。
* Complete other tasks assigned by superior leader.
