JOB DESCRIPTION 职位说明:
* Supervision and management work in the kitchen
监督管理西饼房工作
* Guidance and the execution of special events, and special food sales work in the kitchen
指导并执行西饼房特别活动和特殊食品的销售工作
* To organize the formulation of the kitchen recipes, and to control the food cost and management
组织编制西饼房菜谱,并对食品成本进行控制及管理
* Supervision of the kitchen asset management and ensure the equipment in good condition
监督西饼房资产管理并确保设施设备处于完好状态
* In the supervision and administration of the kitchen food quality, cost, meet the needs of the guests
监督管理西饼房食品质量、成本,满足客人需要
* Kitchen in the training plan and supervise the implementation, work for employees with the necessary tools and equipment.
制定西饼房培训计划并监督施行,为员工配备工作所需的工具和设备
* As required by hotel, research and development, adjust the menu with executive chef and meet guests' needs
根据酒店需要,与行政总厨一起研发、调整菜单,满足客人需求
* With F&B director and executive chef, planning the annual promotion plan, and according to the execution
配合餐饮负责人和行政总厨,策划年度推广计划,并按照执行
* According to the needs, formulate, adjust the operating procedures in the kitchen

* Supervise food in the kitchen, the purchase of equipment, procedures and ensure compliance with hotel standards
监督西饼房的食品、设备的采购,确保符合酒店程序及标准
* To master the latest development of catering operation items, in order to improve the service level
掌握餐饮运营物品发展的最新动态,以期提高服务水平
* According to the hotel safety regulations, responsible for the department of work safety
根据酒店安全规定,负责本部门的安全工作
* To ensure that employees are familiar with the hotel safety, first aid and emergency handling procedures, and correctly use the relevant equipment
