Be resonsible for provide highly performance and seamless service for VIP and loyalty guests to ensure the guests are satisfaction as well as maintain guest loyalty.

Welcome and seat the restaurant customers in a friendly and efficient manner and provide support to Food and Beverage service colleagues ensuring customer satisfaction and maximum seating capacity is achieved for the venue. Provide a smooth operation for lounge and be able to do the upsell as well.
