任职要求： 1.3年以上五星级酒店礼宾部从业经验 2.英语听说读写流 3.优秀的交际水平 岗位职责： 1.监督和分派任务给行李员、迎宾员。 2.确保客人登记完毕后，迅速把行李送到客人房间。 3.迅速且礼貌的接听电话。 4.处理客人要求，并亲自协调相关人员/部门以满足客人要求。 5.确保寄存行李的安全，协助收发客人行李。

1.具有国际酒店管理公司相应的工作经验。 2.西餐出身，良好的管理沟通组织能力。 3.具有团队合作精神及适应一定压力。

品行端正，吃苦耐劳，心思细腻，踏实勤奋； 具备较强的团队合作及服务意识； 对于工作相关清洁机器能基本操作，并熟悉清洁剂的使用方法； 3年以上相关工作经验。
